Should I repair my system or replace it?
Our rule of thumb: if the unit is over ten years old and the repair costs more than a third of a replacement, replacing usually wins. Under that, repair is normally the better value. We will tell you which one we would do if it were our house, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
How long should an air conditioner last?
Twelve to fifteen years is typical in southern Ohio, and maintained systems reach the top of that range far more often than neglected ones. Annual tune ups are the single biggest factor in how long you get.
Do you offer financing?

What brands do you install and service?
We are a Trane Comfort Specialist, a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor and a Day & Night Elite Dealer, and we repair all major brands of residential and light commercial equipment regardless of who installed it.
My house has no ductwork. What are my options?
A ductless mini split, and it is often a better answer than people expect for additions, garages, sunrooms and older homes. As a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor this is a core part of what we do.
Do you handle commercial work?
Yes, and it is a significant part of the business: rooftop units, commercial refrigeration, ice makers, walk in coolers, and preventative maintenance agreements for offices, retail and restaurants.
Are there rebates available on new equipment?
